About Us

Dave Manning and Faraday Hosseinipour have owned and operated a full-service travel agency, Your Travelution, based in Florida since 2015. In 2022, they fell in love with the Largo/Seminole area, drawn in by its gorgeous beaches, pleasant weather, and excellent biking and boating opportunities. Inspired by their affection for the region, Dave and Fara began investing in properties that allow others to experience this beautiful area. Their three homes have been warmly received by guests, thanks to their prime locations in this coveted neighborhood.

My family had a Blast! Beautiful home inside and out. Very clean, more than enough Lenin for a big family, plenty of space to sleep comfortably. The pool is the children’s favorite. The getting away and being able to find a comfortable and clean space for all of us for a great price is my favorite. We are looking forward to coming back. This is our Favorite vacation spot❤️ Definitely would recommend staying here. Great Host!!

So beautiful & David was very friendly and responsive. The pool was the best part. Beds was so comfortable. Only thing I would rate low is the air. It was set on 72 but the house was 76-77 degrees everyday. Maybe a bigger unit for future guest. We will definitely be returning. Sharunaka

The home was perfect for our trip—spacious, spotless, and cozy. David provided all the amenities we could’ve needed and more- from plentiful sofas, cooking utensils and tools, to even the little things like grill cleaning tools. The pool was clean and well-maintained with comfortable seating all around for a complete pool day experience. Would recommend this lovely house for any family and friends looking for an unforgettable vacation home.

My stay at David’s was amazing everything was clean and ready to be used and we literally had everything we needed once we got there only made maybe two trips to the store only to grab food and snacks everyone had enough space and even as a young adults David gave us a chance and showed great hospitality I couldn’t imagine my first trip going any better the house is a hidden gem.
