The space
This exquisite pool home has great attention to detail with an open plan that feels luxurious and invites comfort. The location is perfect for anyone who wants a quiet, high-end neighborhood a mile from beautiful Indian Rocks Beach. The yard is fully fenced and secure for kids and pets. We have an enclosed pool oasis with swingling hammocks, a sumptuous day bed, an outdoor table, new patio furniture, and a gas griddle/grill. Many sleeping beds make it perfect for groups. This beautiful home has everything you need for a first-class vacation.

We love that the home is within biking distance of the beach, Walsingham Park, the Pinellas Trail, and the Largo recreation area pool and golf course. Say goodbye to parking woes and embrace the convenience.

We have a sister home less than a half mile away if large groups travel together and want close lodging and shared amenities.

We are in a premier neighborhood close to Indian Rocks Beach, Madeira Beach, and Clearwater Beaches. We are surrounded by top restaurants, shopping, entertainment, Walsingham Park, and the famous Pinellas Trail.

You can also schedule a boat tour for your group to explore Caldesi Island and do some dolphin watching. We have ample parking.

Beautiful Walsingham Park is only .5 miles from the house,. It has 354 acres of biking and hiking wilderness trails, bird-watching, fishing, kayaking, beach volleyball, picnic areas, three dog parks, a fitness area, and more!!

The Pinellas Trailhead is only 1 mile away and offers 65 miles of scenic bike trails, shops, and restaurants. We are minutes from gorgeous Indian Shores Beach and only 7 miles from beautiful Clearwater and Madeira Beach! We are also close to the Clearwater Aquarium.

If you have a larger group, please let me know about our sister properties in the same area. The houses nearby allow groups to be together, share amenities and have plenty of sleep space in recognition of Pinellas County new rules for short term rentals that limit the number of over-night guests.
