Our home has 5 Bedrooms, which include 9 Beds—2 kings, two queens, a double, and a trundle bed with an extra single pull-out couches (one in living room and one in game room.

Beach toys include a mini-golf putting area, pickleball(half court), bocce ball, tetherball, horseshoes, or cornhole.

Swim Laps or get a Florida Sun Tan in our Huge 22000-gallon Poo! Relax in the steamy Hot tub or kick back in a comfy hammock with your favorite book. We have a “sandcastle corner” for the kid’s delight and are “Fido-friendly.” We allow multiple pets with breed restrictions (maximun 4 ). $100 per pet fee. There are three fantastic dog parks in Walsingham Park, .2 of a mile drive from the house.

We have the perfect space to entertain large groups. Grill burgers in the outdoor kitchen while the kids practice their put-put skills. Top off the night with sunset sundowners or smores around the sandy beach firepit. Many 55-inch smart TVs are inside and outside the house.

We are in a premier Seminole neighborhood close to Indian Rocks Beach, Madeira Beach, and Clearwater Beaches. We are surrounded by top restaurants, shopping, entertainment, Walsingham Park, and the famous Pinellas Trail.

Kids love our game room, where they can play foosball, shoot pool, play darts, checkers, and backgammon. You can also schedule a boat tour with Captain Joe to explore Caldesi Island and do some dolphin watching. We have ample parking ( 4 parking spots )

A hot tub is available upon request at a $250 charge.. Owner has an Rv on the side of the property completely fenced off from the home. Occasionally used by one of the owners.

Beautiful Walsingham Park is only .2 miles from the house. It has 354 acres of biking and hiking wilderness trails, bird-watching, fishing, kayaking, beach volleyball, picnic areas, two dog parks, a fitness area, and more!!

The Pinellas Trailhead is only 1 mile away and offers 65 miles of scenic bike trails, shops, and restaurants. We are minutes from gorgeous Indian Shores Beach and only 7 miles from beautiful Clearwater and Madeira Beach! We are also close to the Clearwater Aquarium.
